Katie is a qualified medical herbalist and a member of The Institute of Medical Herbalists and a certified Bach Flower Practitioner. She holds degrees in plant biology and herbal medicine. She runs a medical herbalist and Bach flower remedies practice via video and phone and she previously worked for a high profile organic herbal tea company as a herbalist and educator.

Talking, lecturing and inspiring people around the ancient, potent power of plants, herbs and flowers is Katy's passion and to nurture a holistic approach to vibrant health and wellbeing.

I have known Katie for a decade and we have collaborated on fascinating articles and videos on Ayurvedic herbs and their food as medicine properties.
